The Richardson Duck Creek Homeowners Association (RDC-HOA) is a non-profit, all-volunteer group of over 700 households that seeks to ensure the safety, enhance the beauty, and encourage the community spirit of the Duck Creek Neighborhood. Duck Creek comprises approximately 1,450 homes in total and is bordered by Arapaho Road on the North, Plano Road on the West, Beltline Road on the South, and Jupiter Road on the East.

Governed by a Steering Board consisting of: 4 elected officers - President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer; and 10 appointed Directors - 5 Section Leaders, 5 Chairs of Standing Committees
