Welcome to Duck Creek HOA

The Richardson Duck Creek Homeowners Association (RDC-HOA) is a non-profit, all-volunteer group of over 700 households that seeks to ensure the safety, enhance the beauty, and encourage the community spirit of the Duck Creek Neighborhood. Duck Creek comprises approximately 1,450 homes in total and is bordered by Arapaho Road on the North, Plano Road on the West, Beltline Road on the South, and Jupiter Road on the East.

Representation at City Council meetings
Representation at the Mayor's meetings with HOA presidents
Spring/Fall dinner meetings for your family including informative speakers and opportunities to meet personally with City Council and City Staff
Email notification of news, events, and information of interest to Duck Creek residents 
Easter egg hunt for all children in the community 
Summer Social - July 4th celebration, with periodic neighborhood parades
Yard of the Month awards 
RDC-HOA Flag Lease Program
Holiday decorations and tree lighting - refreshments and a photo op with Santa 
Special Projects - Duck Creek "sign toppers" and the fountain are recent examples

Governed by a Steering Board consisting of: 4 elected officers - President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer; and 12 appointed Directors - 5 Section Leaders, 7 Chairs of Standing Committees
